Setting up new system users is a breeze with our new Permissions Templates feature!

You can save existing users' access permissions as templates, create new ones from scratch and apply them to other existing or new users.

To get started, go to My Office > Workforce Management and press the User Permissions Templates button if you'd like to start creating templates from scratch.

Otherwise, open an existing user, go to the Access tab and click the "Save As Template" button in the upper right corner of the permissions list.


You can even update existing templates from existing users' profiles.


To apply an already saved templates, simply click the "Apply Permissions Template" button at the top of the dialog.


Simply click "Apply" on the template you'd like to apply to an existing user and Close the dialog when done. You will receive a confirmation message within this popup dialog once the template has been successfully applied.
