If you are looking to customize the information that shows up in the job blocks on the company calendar and the dispatch grid you will first need to go to Dispatch > Configuration.  

Once in this page you will have the following options

- Determining which dispatch screen is the default dispatch screen

- Determine whether the dispatch grids defaults to a daily or weekly view when opened

- Set if the grid displays in 12 or 24 hour blocks

- Choose if the hours show in AM/PM or military time

- Setting what information displays on the job blocks (This specific setting is applicable on both the Dispatch Grid and the Company Calendar).  You can choose up to 4 lines of information and you have the following options to choose from:
