1. On the menu, hover over “Jobs” and click on “Jobs Dashboard”.

  2. Find the job you want to add a site visit to. Click the “Options” button on the right side and select “View Details”.

  3. Under the “Job Info” section, select the “Add site visit” button.

  4. A window will appear, fill out the information accordingly and choose if you would like the tech(s) assigned to be notified of their new job. Select “Save” when you are finished.

  5. All additional site visits will appear in the “Dispatch Grid”. Go to the menu and hover over “Dispatch” and select “Dispatch Grid”.

  6. You will then locate the additional site visit on the grid for that particular tech.
