How to create service contracts and attach to estimates and jobs

In Service Fusion you have the ability to create Service Contract Terms that can be added to any job. To create a Service Contract:

 

  • Navigate and mouse hover over My Office> Service Contract Terms

  • Click Add New

  • Name the Service Contract

  • Create the Terms

  • Save

  • In a job, under "Addt'l Info" tab you can select the Service Contract from a drop down list

  • This will also print at the bottom of the job
